Yes, Mercado Boricua activities continue today. However, delivery times may be longer than usual.

We are working with artisans and sales partners to temporarily prioritize hygiene staples, medical supplies, and other high-demand products.

Our teams are working to ensure the availability of these products and continue to provide additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We continue to ship the entire selection available in our inventory, but some products may take longer to ship.

2. What is the status of my order and delivery?

You can track your order and deliveries from the USPS page after your order has been shipped and you receive the tracking number in the email provided with your order.

3. Why do some items, Priority Mail and First Class, take longer to ship?

As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. This means that we are constantly producing the items to serve our customers. At the same time we want to help ensure the safety of our artisans, we have changed our logistics processes, to prioritize the production of items that are a higher priority for our customers. This has caused some of the order processing to take longer than usual.
